Run a yearly full NAP audit across all directoriesUse Moz Local or BrightLocal to scan 70+ directories at once. Fix any that drift. Takes 2 hours once a year.
Medium
Detailed instructions for every action area — written so you or a staff member can execute without a technical background.
NAP stands for Name, Address, Phone. AI systems and Google use NAP consistency across the web to decide whether a business is credible. Right now “Kemp Law Group,” “Kemp, Ruge & Green,” and “Kemp Law” all appear in different places — AI treats these as potentially different businesses.
Your canonical NAP (use this everywhere, exactly as written):
Address: 11567 Trinity Blvd, Trinity, FL 34655
Phone: (727) 847-4878
Website: https://www.kemplaw.com
How to audit and fix:
- Go to moz.com/local or brightlocal.com — free scans available. Enter your current info and it will show every directory that lists you and whether it’s consistent.
- Start with the highest-priority listings: Google Business Profile, Yelp, Avvo, FindLaw, Justia, Super Lawyers, Martindale.
- Log in to each and update the name to “Kemp Law Group” — not “Kemp, Ruge & Green Law Group” and not “Kemp Law.”
- For directories where you can’t log in, use their correction/claim process. Most have a “claim this listing” button.
- Document every change in a spreadsheet: Platform | Old Name | New Name | Date Updated | Login URL.
Do not change the name on a platform and immediately delete the old version — some platforms need time to sync. Give each 72 hours after updating before checking again.
Your GBP description is the single most powerful local signal for AI systems. It must be hyper-local, service-specific, and written in the format AI can extract and cite.
How to update:
- Go to business.google.com and sign in.
- Click “Edit profile” → “Business information” → “Description.”
- Replace the current description with the template below (750 character limit).
- Under “Services,” add: Personal Injury, Car Accident, Slip and Fall, Motorcycle Accident, Truck Accident, Wrongful Death, Dog Bite, Premises Liability.
- Under “Attributes,” check: Free consultations, Identifies as women-led, Online appointments.
Recommended GBP Description Template:
New Port Richey, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Odessa, and all
of Pasco County, Florida. Located on Trinity Blvd minutes from
the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park, we represent victims of car
accidents, slip and falls, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents,
and wrongful death. Recognized by the Million Dollar Advocates
Forum and Inc. 5000. We work on contingency — no fee unless we win.
Available 24/7. Call (727) 847-4878 for a free consultation.
This description hits: specific city names, local landmark, practice areas, credentials, contingency fee, availability, and a call to action — exactly what AI needs to cite you.
Schema markup is invisible code that tells AI systems, Google, and other crawlers exactly who you are, what you do, and how to verify it. Without it, AI has to guess. With it, AI has machine-readable confirmation.
How to install (two options):
- Option A — WordPress/CMS Plugin: Install the free “Schema & Structured Data for WP” plugin. It has a legal firm template. Paste in your info and it auto-generates the code.
- Option B — Manual (ask your web developer): Copy the JSON-LD code from the Schema tab in this guide. Send it to your developer and ask them to paste it in the
<head>section of your homepage. - After installing, verify it worked: go to search.google.com/test/rich-results, enter your URL, and confirm it reads “LegalService” in the detected items.
Schema markup is one of the highest-leverage actions on this list. A developer can install it in under an hour, and its effect on AI visibility is immediate and lasting.
These two directories appeared at the top of the AI search results. A complete, keyword-rich profile on each dramatically increases the chance that AI will pull your name when answering “best personal injury lawyer in Trinity Florida.”
- Super Lawyers: Go to superlawyers.com/florida → search your name → click “Claim this profile.” Fill in every field: education (Stetson 2007), bar admission (2008), practice areas, honors (Inc. 5000, Million Dollar Advocates), and a detailed biography. Include “Trinity,” “Pasco County,” and “New Port Richey” in your bio text.
- Justia: Go to justia.com/lawyers → search your name → claim your profile. Justia is free and has high domain authority. Add case results — even anonymized ones like “$2.3M motorcycle accident, Pasco County” help.
- Avvo: avvo.com — search your name, claim, and fill every section. The Avvo rating algorithm rewards complete profiles. Peer endorsements from other attorneys boost your score.
- FindLaw: lawyers.findlaw.com/lawyer/firm/add — submit your firm. It may take 2–4 weeks to appear.
On all profiles, use the same biography text structure but vary the specific wording. Identical copy across directories can be flagged as duplicate content by AI crawlers.
Each city page must answer the question an AI is trying to answer: “Is Kemp Law Group a credible, located, experienced personal injury firm in [City], Florida?” The page must do this with local specificity that a national firm cannot replicate.
- Use the templates in the City Pages tab as your starting point. Each template includes the right structure, local landmarks, FAQ schema, and practice area coverage.
- URL structure:
kemplaw.com/[city]-personal-injury-lawyer/— e.g.,kemplaw.com/wesley-chapel-personal-injury-lawyer/ - H1 tag: “Personal Injury Lawyer in [City], Florida | Kemp Law Group”
- Title tag: “[City] Personal Injury Lawyer | Free Consultation | Kemp Law Group”
- Meta description: “Injured in [City]? Kemp Law Group’s personal injury attorneys serve [City] and all of [County] County. Free consultation. No fee unless we win. Call (727) 847-4878.”
- Add LocalBusiness schema to each city page (see Schema tab for the city page version).
- Link each city page from the main navigation or a “Service Areas” footer link. Google must be able to find and crawl them.
AI systems use review recency and frequency — not just total count — as a trust signal. You need a repeatable system that generates reviews consistently, not in bursts.
- Create a direct review link: Go to your Google Business Profile → “Get more reviews” → copy the short URL. It looks like:
g.page/KempLawGroup/review. - Send the link to every client within 3 days of case resolution. Use text: “We’re so glad we could help you. If you have a moment, an honest Google review means the world to us and helps injured people in Trinity find us: [link]”
- Add the review link to your email signature, case closing letter, and invoice/receipt.
- For Avvo reviews: send a separate follow-up asking specifically for an Avvo review — it’s a different platform and requires a separate ask.
- Never incentivize reviews — Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct prohibit this. Just ask sincerely.
Goal: 4+ new Google reviews per month. At that pace, within 6 months your review velocity alone will signal to Google and AI that you’re the active, trusted choice in Trinity.
AI doesn’t cite “we fight for you” marketing copy. It cites specific, authoritative answers to legal questions — especially ones that reference Florida statutes by number. Your blog must shift from promotional to authoritative.
- Each post should be structured as a direct answer to a question. Title format: “How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Florida?” — not “Why You Need a Pasco County Attorney.”
- Open the post with a 2–3 sentence direct answer (the “featured snippet” answer). AI systems pull from this.
- Cite Florida statutes by number and link to leg.state.fl.us (the official Florida Legislature site). This is machine-verifiable authority.
- End every post with a local call to action: “If you were injured in Trinity or New Port Richey, contact Kemp Law Group at (727) 847-4878 for a free consultation.”
- Add FAQ schema to every post. Use the same questions your clients ask at intake consultations.

Personal Injury Lawyer in Trinity, Florida
If you were injured in Trinity, Florida — on US-54, the Trinity Boulevard corridor, or anywhere in Pasco County — Kemp Law Group is here to fight for the compensation you deserve. Our firm is located right here in Trinity, at 11567 Trinity Blvd, and we have been representing injured residents of Pasco County since 2008.
We handle car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, premises liability, and wrongful death. We work on contingency — you pay nothing unless we win your case.
Why Trinity Residents Choose Kemp Law Group
Trinity is one of the fastest-growing communities in Pasco County. With traffic increasing on Trinity Boulevard, US-54, and the Suncoast Parkway, car accident cases in our area are unfortunately common. Our attorneys know the local roads, the local courts — Pasco County Circuit Court in New Port Richey — and the insurance company tactics used against Florida injury victims.
Our results speak for themselves. We have recovered more than $2,300,000 in a single motorcycle accident case and more than $2,000,000 in a pedestrian accident — both for clients right here in the Tampa Bay area.
Areas We Serve Near Trinity
From our Trinity office, we represent clients in New Port Richey, Holiday, Tarpon Springs, Odessa, Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and throughout Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.

Florida Bar ethics note: Never offer anything of value in exchange for a review. Never ask for “positive” reviews — ask for “honest” reviews. Do not ask clients with pending matters. Always ask after the case is fully resolved.
Responding to reviews within 48 hours is both an AI trust signal and a client service standard. Use these templates:
Positive review response:
to fight for you. Your trust in Kemp Law Group means
everything to our team in Trinity. We wish you all
the best going forward.
Negative review response (never argue, always offer to resolve offline):
[First Name]. We take all feedback seriously and want
to understand what happened. Please call us directly
at (727) 847-4878 so we can discuss this personally.
Never include any case details in a public review response — this could implicate attorney-client privilege. Keep responses brief and offline-focused.
Run this check at the end of every month (takes 30 minutes):
- Search “best personal injury lawyer Trinity Florida” in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview. Does Kemp Law appear? Screenshot the results.
- Check Google Business Profile — how many reviews this month? Respond to any that haven’t been responded to.
- Check Search Console (search.google.com/search-console) — are all city pages indexed? Any crawl errors?
- Verify the schema is still working: search.google.com/test/rich-results → enter kemplaw.com.
- Review Avvo rating — did it change? If it dropped, check what fields are incomplete.
